I'm revamping my garden so am looking for a variety seeds.  Stuff I have on my shopping list are Dill, Basil, Feverfew and Parsley.

I've got some chilli seeds ('jalapeno summer heat pizza pepper'), clary sage and evening primrose going spare.

Also happy to exchange for other chilli varieties or any other herbs people may have spare.

What kind of Basil seeds do you need, I've got a pack of Thompson & Morgan Organic Basil 'Genovese'.

I also have some chives, lemon balm and pot marigold seeds.

I'm looking for evening primrose, goldenseal, clary sage and St John's Wort.

If you're interested, click on my name and send me a private message.  Thanks.

Hi Madelaine

Thanks for the seeds.  I've put my first batch of basil in and from ten seeds I've so far got nine seedlings.  Not a bad return!!!!!  Will probably start off another batch this weekend.

Hope you've had some luck with your seeds.  The clary sage is meant to be biennial but I noticed that a few of my plants from last year didn't die off and I left them in.  They've just started growing again so an extra treat for my garden.  They've been in a spot that gets lots of sun and is fairly sheltered.  I even moved them in February to another sunny spot and they still survived.

I'm off to plant some herbs I got from the local herb farm.  They've been standing around whilst I wait for the frosts to pass.  Got some ginger rosemary which I'd never seen before - it really does smell and taste of ginger.  Also got some sage (with very striking red flowers), comfrey, artemisia (apparently it self seeds very easily in this area), welsh onions, lemon grass and a cardoon.  Just need to do some weeding first though - ho hum.

I have some dill, and if you could spare some evening primrose that would be great. Send a private message please.
