At this point, I don't quite know how I want to use it. I've just harvested the last of the  summer roses, and it made a good 2 quarts of rose water. I mixed it with distilled water and vodka, infused for about 2 weeks. It smells wonderful and has a great pink color.  I made soap with it, that worked out fine, powdered roses in it also.  I know it can be used to make Indian sweets and Turkish foods, but I haven't found anything I particularly want to make.
I'm currently studying with Rosemary Gladstar and have to do lots of fun expirements.    Thanks for the websites.

Hi

My name is Kathy and I help run Dan The Gardener

Dan The Gardener is a children’s character based environmental/gardening project with the aim of teaching children about the natural world in fun and exciting ways. We have lots of characters at the online home of Dan The Gardener here to help children relate to what we are trying to get them interested in. They are all fun each serving a purpose. We have Dan The Gardener, Recycle Michael, Jennifer Pickles & Florence the earthworm plus many more.

I am looking forward to learning more about herbs as we all love growing, using and cookingwith natural products.

Plus herbs are so easy fro children to grow.

P.S Love the recycled Tyre Tree

Greetings from my home in West Virginia.
I have worked with herbs for the last 20 years.
I have many favorites but I think Bee Balm, lemon balm, rosemary and comfrey are my favorite.  I feel like a traitor to the others!

I have had an herb business online but am not doing that anymore as I'm a rebel and won't do all the government requires.  Right now I'm working on offering courses on different herbal remedies that I have used.

I have 4 girls, 7 horses, 12 chickens, 4 dogs and 13 goats that I use herbal foods and products and experiment on!

Look forward to learning more with you.
